Pets love to lick at their surgical wounds and this REALLY is NOT a good thing ~ it introduces infection. Medijackets are one of the ways we try to stop pets from licking any surgical wound, and are usually very well tolerated by pets even if it may take a few hours for them to adjust to having clothing on for the first time!

Fashion is part of veterinary work.
