Giving a Cat a Blood Transfusion

Did you know that pets sometimes need blood transfusions too?

This little video first shows you how we get blood from a cat donor, and then goes on to demonstrate how we use a blood giving admin set (which contains an ingredient that keeps the blood in the bag from clotting) to give to the anaemic cat patient that same blood in an amount determined by a specific calculation.
