Our little squashed-nose friends (brachycephalic/snub-nosed breeds, such as French bulldogs) can sometimes really struggle to breath properly because they simply don't have wide enough nostrils. So... Dr Marek performs nares widening surgery on one such patient to enable him to inhale more of that loooooovely oxygen.
