Chew-Treat Gets Stuck in a Dog's Oesophagus

Leo was a little ambitious with a digestible treat that his owner gave him and ended up biting off more than he could chew! He swallowed a large piece that became lodged in his oesophagus just before it could reach the stomach. We were able to retrieve the obstruction with an endoscope and some manoevering with forceps from Dr Rhett, and Leo has recovered well and looking forward to his next meal.
