Buffing a Bird's Beak

Birds DO require beak and nail maintenance, believe it or no ~ this little, old Sun Conjure parakeet comes regularly to have the excess keratin (the stuff that beaks are made of) buffed off so that her beak is shiny, light in weight and not too sharp! (Ouch!)
